Description of the Intimus Power 14.87 (1/4in. x 2in.) Cross Cut Shredder Baler

The Intimus Power 14.87 (1/4" x 2") industrial cross cut shredder baler system is the simple and efficient way to compress shredded material from our high volume shredder into compact bales. This shredder baler system is easy to use, and includes a multi-function button with options for off, forward, and reverse, as well as a push button control for bale ejection and an audible signal that indicates when a bale is completed to prevent accidental overloading. A lit display also indicates the status of the shredder, and there is a lockable master switch for safety. Another safety feature is that the 14.87CC will automatically shut off should the bin be opened or the baler become full, and the shredder baler system will automatically reverse to clear any paper jams. This model is highly efficient and can shred up to 130 sheets at a time at 59 ft/min. It operates in a continuous cycle, meaning that while the baler is compressing material, additional paper is still being destroyed. This shredder is mounted on casters for total mobility and produces a compact bale size of 26” high, 24” wide, and 20” deep which can be ejected into plastic covers for clean, dust-free transport and weatherproof packaging.
